Welcome to our online auction! We hope you will enjoy looking through our wide variety of items and bidding on those you like best. It is a great time to buy presents for family and friends for all those special occasions and holidays coming up! Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, artists and individual donors, you can have fun bidding on your favorite finds while helping to raise funds that Feed Fannin will use to buy and grow food to feed families, children and seniors in need of assistance.
What’s up for auction?
We have more than 150 unique and amazing items:
- Paintings, pottery, and jewelry made by talented local artists
- Gift certificates from local restaurants, breweries, golf courses, and outdoor adventure outfitters
- Tickets to popular local, Atlanta, and Chattanooga attractions and the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway.
- Experiences such as a night’s stay at Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Resort, a horseback ride on beautiful mountain trails, and a pontoon outing on Lake Blue Ridge.

What do I need to do if I win an item in the auction?
If you were the highest bidder on some or all the items you bid on, you will receive an email or text letting you know that you have won the item(s). Hold on to this email, as it contains the Item ID #, which may come in handy when you are looking to pick-up your item, or have your item shipped.
The items you win as the highest bidder will be available for pick-up or shipping. See the Pick-up & Shipping tab for more details.
Can items be shipped?
If you cannot be in Blue Ridge to pick-up your items, you can arrange for them to be shipped to you. See the Pick-up & Shipping tab for more details.

Welcome to Feed Fannin’s Bowls of Hope 2022 Online Auction. Thank you for your participation and support. Below are some tips to facilitate navigating our auction software that we hope will enhance your shopping experience.
To participate in the auction you will need to sign in to the Feed Fannin Donor Portal. If you participated in one of our previous online auctions, or if you have made online donations to Feed Fannin in the past, you should not have to complete the full registration again. On the Portal welcome page, enter your email and password and select “Sign in” (not “Sign up”). You can also reset your password at this screen if needed. You should then be able to proceed to the online auction. If your email is not recognized, you will be prompted to “Sign up” to create a new Feed Fannin Donor Portal account.
How to Find Items
The auction items are listed by number (default is low to high) with the possibility to filter your search by checking the types of items of interest under the filters in categories 1 and 2. These two categories are independent of each other so please search each category separately, one criteria at a time.
Check the types of items from the drop-down menus in Category 1 or 2 to search.

Bidding Tips
You can search by category, name of business, key word (i.e. pontoon, wine, pottery, item number, etc. You can also view the items in thumbnails and click on each for a closer view.
To return to the full list of items, hit the X at the top right to return to the previous page or click on the ← Return to Live Auction link at the bottom.
What happens after I bid?
You will receive a confirmation email or text each time you place a bid and a notification email or text if someone has “outbid” you so you can go back to bid again.
When the auction closes at 8:00pm on August 30, winning bidders will receive a notification email or text. Payments charged to your credit card will be processed soon after.
Payment receipts will be sent to you by email and charges on your credit card statement will show as processed by ConnectedView.
The sender will be feedfannin@feedfannin.org. Keep an eye on your spam folder in case some emails end up there. To reduce the chance of this happening, you can add feedfannin@feedfannin.org to your email contacts.

Terms and Conditions
All items are sold “As-Is” and all bids are final. Please note the expiration dates and restrictions for some gift certificates and gift cards. DonorView, the online auction software, can send you notifications by email, text or both such as “outbid” alerts, setting up maximum bids, winning bid notices, and other notices or auction administration alerts by Feed Fannin.
The online auction will open for bidding at 12:00 noon EDT Sunday, August 21 and close at 8:00 p.m. EDT Tuesday, August 30. At the close of the auction, notifications will be sent to the highest bidders for items won.
Signing in to Bid
To participate in the auction, you will need to sign in to the Feed Fannin Donor Portal. If you participated in one of our previous online auctions, or if you have made online donations to Feed Fannin in the past, you should not have to complete the full registration again. Payment

Pick-up
All items will be available for local pick-up Friday, September 2, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. EDT and Saturday, September 3, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT at Family Connection Community Room, 501 Fannin Industrial Park (off Ada Street), Blue Ridge, GA (see more details in the Pick-up & Shipping tab).
Shipping
The Mailbox Company will handle requests for shipping and handling and take payment directly for those services.

What to Bring with You
Please bring a list of the items you have won (item ID # is in the winning auction email) and email receipt(s) for your auction purchases (printed copy or electronic version on your phone). Volunteers will be on site to bring your purchases to your car.
Shipping Your Items
Shipping within the USA is offered for those who cannot pick up their purchased items in person. All shipping, handling and any insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
