We are excited to report that Starbucks recently awarded Feed Fannin a Starbucks Foundation Neighborhood Grant for $1,500 that was used to purchase $12,000 worth of food staples in bulk from the Atlanta and Chattanooga food banks.
Although Feed Fannin had to cancel this year’s annual fundraiser, Bowls of Hope, due to the coronavirus pandemic, many generous donors have stepped in to offset the economic impact, allowing our nonprofit organization to continue its mission of feeding the hungry and supporting the Fannin County Family Connection Food Pantry.
Feed Fannin and the Fannin County Family Connection (FCFC) Food Pantry joined forces this year to support the local Meals on Wheels senior food program operated by the Fannin County Senior Center.

Among the many wonderful items donated to Feed Fannin for the 2019 Bowls of Hope Silent Auction was an eye-catching, colorful quilt made by Denise Burn featuring the handmade ceramic bowls given to Bowls of Hope participants to take home.
Feed Fannin has spent the past 10 years growing in Fannin County, GA, supplying fresh, locally grown produce to the Family Connection Food Pantry in Blue Ridge, GA. We wanted to take a look back at the impact that we have made.
Happy 10th birthday to Feed Fannin! This coming January, Feed Fannin will celebrate a full decade of commitment to providing food for those in need and education about growing one’s own food.
